The Training Lab is a place where you stop exercising and start training. We train hard and train smart. Fitness in our perspective is the ability to perform a task. Whether that’s to run a half marathon, triathlon, OCR race, or simply lose weight. We’re a the place people come, regardless of their age, athletic ability, size, shape, profession or personality, to connect with their best selves. To us fitness is not defined by a set of standards but by the individual. However, we believe everyone should have a basic baseline to work off of. Through We will work toward providing everyone with that baseline which will help you achieve your goals.
